'Shoot for the moon even if you miss you will land among the stars'.It is some thing i blindly accept and have full faith in it.in today's competitive world you have to be talented enough even to full fill the basic need of your bread and butter,to get more you have to be more talented other wise you will remain at same level.If you want to out run this race of competition you have to run constantly without loosing your pace,irony of the race is that u cant take rest,you have to be as constant as a clock or you will perish out.only the fittest survives,there is no word like fit.further you cant be defensive in this game,it is well said,'attack is the best defense a person can do.you have to be aggressive and risk taking confident person but at same time you have to be careful enough to predict and monitor the results of your efforts at regular intervals to see whether the efforts put forth by you are going in a proper direction or not,in other words you need to be highly efficient,at the same time you must be effective also.you have to jump in dark-open
space but you cant close your eyes you have to keep on exploring the things and choosing a stable position for you and you have to do all this when you are hanging in the space.
